In the intricate tapestry of the Divine's magnificent design, each individual is a divinely-crafted masterpiece, endowed with unique talents and capabilities for a purposeful existence. By recognizing and harnessing these divine attributes, one can not only navigate the journey of life with profound intent but also approach the inevitable threshold of death with dignified grace and peace.
I am the son of an outdoor traveling showman. I have been around the world, in old trucks and fast planes. Fortunate to see humans from all walks of life, all places, and enriched by every experience.

Stillness and breathing, breathing and stillness. Its good to have a small space to practice these. Its great to learn to do it in the big, unimaginable places, in the everyday world.
I have come to learn, the times we eat and move are just as important as the fact that we eat well and move right. An additional level of energy is experienced doing so.
Trust in everything, it is your experienced teacher. Be continually grateful for each and everyone of those lessons experienced.
